partners in this culinary venture, Joe Caprio and
Michael Peceri, charged executive Chef Scott Sopher with
fulfilling their respective views of inspired
Mediterranean cuisine.
"Our creations are both
specific to and a fusion of the cultural tastes of
countries that ring the Mediterranean, from Italy to
Morocco". "We wanted
to give the area a new twist on the traditional flavors
enhanced by Chef Sopher".
So what does CinCin mean? Cin Cin (pronounced "chin
chin") is an Italian toast meaning
"TO GOOD HEALTH, GOOD
FRIENDS & PLEASURES of FINE FOOD & WINE". With a flair
for fun, in a festive and elegant atmosphere, Cin Cin
offers this warm toast to you. Come try Chef Sopher's
amazing and adventurous culinary creations. Whether
you're into fine dining or just want to hang out with
friends in The Tapas, we'd love for you to come and be
our guest!
HOURS
Tapas Lounge opens at
3:00 p.m. till closing with a daily Happy Hour from Open
to 7:00 p.m.
Dinner is served 5:00 - 10:00pm nightly.
Sunday Brunch is served 11:00am - 3:00pm.

also feature seasonal and
special events
monthly with specially prepared menus created just for the occasion!
